We Understand That You May Have Questions about Our Hotel Policies and Amenities. Please Find below a List of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) along with Their Corresponding Answers:

1. Do you have smoking rooms?

Please be informed that in our efforts to maintain a healthy and eco-friendly environment for our guests and staff, we are strictly implementing a No Smoking and No Vaping Policy pursuant to Executive Order 26: Nationwide Smoking Ban. Failure to comply will incur corresponding charges per offense: Function Rooms, Guest Rooms and Public Areas minimum of Php10,000.

2. How much is the extra person in the room?

The extra person rate is Php 1,500 per night inclusive of an extra bed and breakfast, applicable only for rooms booked with breakfast.

Note: Note that the extra person charge applies to guests aged 12 years old and above and in excess of 2 children.

3. At what time is check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (local time).

4. At what time is check-out?

Our standard check-out time is 12:00NN (local time).

5. Do you have handicapped rooms?

Yes. We do have PWD accessible rooms for your comfort (subject to availability). For more information and further assistance, you may contact our Reservation.

6. Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

Our apologies but pets are strictly not allowed in the hotel.

7. Do you have laundry service?

Yes, we offer laundry service for your convenience. For more information about the rates, you may ask the Front Desk upon check-in.

8. Do you allow early check-in?

Request for early check-in shall be subject to availability and applicable fees. For more information and further assistance, you may ask the Front Desk upon check-in.

9. Do kids stay for free?

Maximum of 2 children ages 0 to 11 years old may stay free-of-charge as long as they are sharing bed with their parents or guardian. In excess of 2 children, an extra person fee shall be applied.

10. Do you have free airport shuttle?

Airport transfers are available with a fee. For more information about the rates and further assistance, you may contact the concierge.

11. How many people can stay in one room?

Our deluxe rooms and one-bedroom suites may accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. The third adult shall be charged accordingly.

 

Our two-bedroom suites may accommodate a maximum of 6 adults. The fifth and sixth adults shall be charged accordingly.

12. Are there connecting room/adjacent rooms?

Yes, we have connecting rooms for guests who are travelling together. To request, you may contact our Reservations.

13. Can I keep my room after standard check-out time?

This will be considered as late check-out and shall be subject to availability and applicable charges. Should you need a place to store your luggage, you may ask assistance from our concierge.

14. Where can we park our vehicle?

We have multi-level covered parking that may accommodate up to 200 vehicles. This is on a first-come, first-served basis.

15. What is your child policy?

Maximum of 2 children ages 1 to 11 years old may stay free-of-charge as long as they are sharing bed with their parents or guardian.
In excess of 2 children, an extra person fee shall be applied.

16. What is your breakfast charge policy?

•5 years old and below are free of charge.
•6 years old to 11 years old will enjoy 50% off from regular rate.
•12 years old and above will be charged the regular rate.

17. What are your rebooking, refund and cancellation policies?

1. Rebooking:
1.1 Guest are allowed to rebook their reservation free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date.

1.2 The first rebooking request is free of charge. Guests will not incur any additional fees for changing their reservation for the first time.

1.3 If guests need to rebook their reservation a second time, a rebooking fee will be applied.

1.4 Any subsequent rebooking requests beyond the second time will also incur the rebooking fee.

1.5 Rebooking request must be made through the hotel's reservation system or by contacting the hotel directly.

1.6 The availability of rebooking is subject to room availability and blackout dates.

1.7 A rebooking fee will be applied if the reservation is amended less than 24 hours before the arrival date.

1.8 Reservation made through our third party and guest request to rebook, a rebooking fee will be applied.

1.9 The rebooking policy is subject to change at the discretion of the hotel management.

2. Refund:

2.1 Guest are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date.

2.2 If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the check-in date, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

2.3 Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

2.4 No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or no shows.

2.5 Refund requests must be made through the hotel's reservation system or by contacting the hotel directly.

3. Cancellation:

3.1 Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date.
3.2 If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the check-in date, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
3.3 Cancellation requests must be made through the hotel's reservation system or by contacting the hotel directly.

3.4. Cancellations due to Force Majeure (i.e. typhoon) will not be refunded but can be re-scheduled within six (6) months from the date of cancellation.

3.5. If in case that the client wishes to shorten the length of stay or departing prior to their scheduled check-out date, a fifty percent (50%) of the total unconsumed night shall be charged automatically.

18. Do you have kitchen in the rooms?

Yes, we have a fully-equipped kitchen available in our two-bedroom suites.

19. What time can I have my breakfast?

Our Breakfast is available from 6:00AM to 10:00AM daily.

20. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment.

21. How far are you from the airport?

We are approximately 12 kilometers from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) via the Skyway.

22. Can I have visitors inside my room?

Visitors are allowed to stay in your room until 10:00PM. Beyond this hour, an extra person fee will be charged accordingly.
